Chocolate Overnight Oatmeal

This is one of my favorite breakfasts! It tastes so decadent, but it's healthy and so easy to make. Plus, it's cold, which makes it perfect for the 90 degree, muggy weather we've been having.

Mix this up in less than 10 minutes the night before and you've got a quick breakfast in the morning.

Grocery list items:
banana

That's it!

Chocolate Overnight Oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
2-3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 small scoop protein powder (optional)
Stevia or sugar to taste (optional, since the banana adds sweetness)
1 cup dry rolled oats

First, mash the banana using a fork or a food processor.

Add the almond milk and stir.

Add cocoa powder, protein powder and sweetener (if you're using it).

Stir well, then add the oats!

Mix it up and then let it sit in the refrigerator over night.

In the morning, you're ready to serve! Dress it up however you like it best (mmmm raspberries...)
